Chasing Fireflies

Lucy and Ella had tons of fun chasing fireflies in the yard--they did a great job catching them!

Uncle Bill helped out, too!

Greg's Canada Trip

Greg took a fishing trip to Canada with his dad, his brother Paul, and his Uncle Mark. They drove to just north of Ear Falls, Ontario, to a camp called Snake Falls on Friday and spent the night there. Early Saturday morning, they were flown into their camp on Meandrine Lake--they were the only ones on the entire lake! The guys did great fishing, had good weather, and loved their cabin. They were picked up on Wednesday morning, flown back to Snake Falls, and then made the long drive back to Shawano.

A small bear that was near the side of the road as they were getting close to Snake Falls.

The plane that flew them in taking off and Mark and Paul chasing it in their boat.

Mark, Paul, and their sweet fish.

Paul with the day's catch (a.k.a. dinner) still flopping.

Greg, Paul, and Uncle Mark with their shore lunch.

The cabin.

Mark, Paul, Greg, and the lunkers.

Mark with the biggest fish of the trip--a 39" northern.
