Greg took his written boards on the day of Lucy's birthday, so we had 2 great reasons to celebrate that night. We went to the fish fry at Lakefront Palm Garden (part of Lakefront Brewery). There was a polka band, so Lucy and Ella spent most of the night dancing...they had sooo much fun--their sweet little smiles didn't leave their faces the entire evening. After each song, the crowd clapped for the band, and Lucy and Ella took a bow! We all enjoyed a yummy meal and a cheesecake birthday cake from Simma's Bakery, which was to die for. It was a perfect way to celebrate Lucy's 4 years and to congratulate Greg on all his hard work!
