Trains and Zebras

Lucy and Ella had zoo classes today--Ella's was all about the Zoo Train, and Lucy's was on zebras. Ella had a blast pretending to be a train, complete with an obnoxious whistle. Lucy got to feel a zebra pelt, which she described as "feeling a zebra that's dead and doesn't have bones, but is real, not pretend." They both did some outstanding art projects, including these costumes. Both classes ended with the real deal--Ella got to ride the train, and Lucy and her class walked over to check out the zebras.
